RESERVATIONS
For Matinicus Island Cottages

Weekly rentals begin Saturdays at 12:00 p.m. and end the following Saturday. One week's rent is required in advance to reserve. A balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.

To reserve a cottage, kindly fill in the fields on the form below and then print out this page. Send the completed printout to:

Or Email the same information to us to tentatively reserve the week. We will need to recieve the check to confirm and hold the reservation. Please note reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will ONLY be given for cancellations made prior to June 1st and ONLY if we can re-rent the time you reserved.

If this is unavailable, my second choice is the week of at
Norris or Kohls cottage.


Enclosed is one week's rent. I understand the balance is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the stay.

We agree to leave the house neat and broom-clean at the end of our stay. We understand that grocery supplies may be limited on the island. We agree to follow a "carry-in-carry-out" policy for garbage, returning non-perishables to the mainland to the best of our ability.
