For Matinicus Island Cottages

Weekly rentals begin Saturdays at 12:00 p.m. and end the following Saturday. One week's rent is required in advance to reserve. A balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.

To reserve a cottage, kindly fill in the fields on the form below and submit. This will email the form to us.

Or Email the same information to us to tentatively reserve the week. We will need to receive the check to confirm and hold the reservation.We can accept most credit cards. Please call us at 603-487-3819 to arrange credit card payments. Send the check to:

We agree to leave the house neat and broom-clean at the end of our stay. We understand that grocery supplies may be limited on the island. We agree to follow a "carry-in-carry-out" policy for garbage, returning non-perishables to the mainland to the best of our ability.

Refunds will ONLY be given for cancellations made prior to June 1st and ONLY if we can re-rent the time you reserved.
